Light Connections Therapy

We are ALL energetic Beings. In Yoga the body's energetic field is comprised of 7 core vortices called (Chakras),  the central line known as the (Shushumna) and seventy-two thousand energy channels or passages ways called (Nadis); all of which emit an electromagnetic field around the body known as our (Aura).  Throughout our everyday "Life" our energy fields can become blocked and/or challenged and an imbalance can occur.  This shows up in our lives as dis-ease or disease in the body and mind.  Light Connection Therapy is a one on one session where the practitioner guides the client in clearing their electromagnetic field.

Hatha Flow

Is a gentle class focusing on flowing from posture to posture (Asana) and linking the movement with the breath (Pranayama) and meditation (Dhyana).  Donna offers modifications and variations to encourage participation of everyone (beginner – advanced). We do sitting, standing, kneeling, supine, prone, arm support and balancing postures to promote well-being and overall wellness in the body/mind.   All levels- BEGINNERS WELCOME! 


Chair Yoga

In this gentle class a chair is used in all postures (asana) and is designed for individuals that have limited mobility.  Donna offers deep, rhythmic breathing accompanied by simple stretches, and meditation in a safe and comfortable seat.  When the mind quiets down and your body moves with breath and intention harmony and well-being are naturally restored.  (Citta-Vrtti-Nirodhah)  Yoga occurs when the mind-chatter stops.


Enjoy the feelings of rejuvenation and steadiness that arise from a Yin Yoga practice.  In Yin the sensation you feel are from the deep connective tissues and the joints.  This is achieved by staying in each posture for 1-5 minutes.  As you slow down, move from noise to silence, from agitation to calm, from complexity to simplicity balance is restored between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.  All levels- BEGINNERS WELCOME! 


This class combines Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga practices.  Donna starts each class with a centering meditation and slowly moves into flowing movement to get the body warm and the mind focused. Yin postures and passive stretches are held for minutes at a time, preparing the body for releasing deep-rooted tension. The class ends with Meditation and Shavasana to promote stillness that connects us to the true essence of Yoga; balancing mind, body and soul.  Intermediate Level Class - All levels are welcome!

Take your Yoga practice to the next level with a customized private yoga lesson.  These lessons are tailored to meet your personal goals allowing you to advance much more quickly.  Working one-on-one with Donna you will receive immediate direct feedback, guidance and adjustments.
