Friday - Salute The Sun

In this class you will experience a series of poses known as Sun Salutations or Namaskar A & B. This sequence builds heat in the body allowing for improved blood flow, prevents fatigue, and promotes a calming stillness in the mind/body. Tools that can be used for this class include but are not limited to Yoga Mat, Blocks, Strap, Bolster, Pillows, Eye Pillow, Rolled Up Towels, and Blanket.
