Mindful Monday Practice

This class is a great way to start off the week. By focusing on gentle movement as you flow from posture to posture, linking movement with breath and meditation this class will bring about a since of mindfulness to start out your week. You will explore sitting, standing, kneeling, supine, prone, and balancing postures to support overall wellness in the mind/body. Tools that can be used for this class include but are not limited to Yoga Mat, Blocks, Strap, Bolster, Pillows, Eye Pillow, Rolled Up Towels, and Blanket.
