Service Description

In this class you will focus on dynamic movement as you flow from posture to posture, linking movement with breath along with key muscle group strengthening and deep stretching. You will explore sitting, standing, kneeling, supine, prone, and balancing postures that will assist with improving your strength, flexibility, and blood circulation. At the end of class you will have a sense of being revitalized and ready to face the rest of your week. Tools that can be used for this class include but are not limited to Yoga Mat, Blocks, Strap, Bolster, Pillows, Eye Pillow, Rolled Up Towels, and Blanket.
