Wednesday - Rise and Shine Yin Yoga

Roll out of bed and onto your mat. This class is an amazing way to awaken your body after a long nights sleep and provide a mid-week reset for the body, mind and soul. During this class you will lengthen and open your body with gentle stretching postures and set your intention to carry you through the rest of your week. Tools that can be used for this class include but are not limited to Yoga Mat, Blocks, Strap, Bolster, Pillows, Eye Pillow, Rolled Up Towels, and Blanket.
