Yin/Yang Friday Flow

For the first half of this class, you will be guided through a beautiful (Yin) practice targeting the deep connective tissues and joints within the body by holding postures for a longer period of time. In the second half you will heat things up with an active practice (Yang) focused on creating blood flow in the muscles, building strength, flexibility and stamina. Tools that can be used for this class include but are not limited to Yoga Mat, Blocks, Strap, Bolster, Pillows, Eye Pillow, Rolled Up Towels, and Blanket.
